Deliveries are made with TNT or DHL, depending on the destination country.
We strive to ensure that your products are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. Sometimes however, it may occur that we do not have a product in stock. In that instance, we will inform you of this in good time and we will deliver your product no later than 10 working days after your payment has been received.

Returns
We give you the possibility to return a product without any reason. Create a ticket in your profile or send us an email, within 7 days after you’ve received it. The product should be in exactly the original state. The box should be unopened, in the original state.

Despite the great care we take when processing your order, items may occasionally malfunction or you may receive the wrong product through no fault of your own.
