1 Payment
1.1 Can I collect the products from the shop?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit us to purchase products. We are an internet company and therefore do not have a shop as such. When you place an order via our website, your product will be delivered by DHL to the address specified.
1.2 My payment status has not changed.
When you have placed an order with us and made the payment, it may take some time before the status of your order changes to ‘Paid'. For the security of our system, this is carried out manually by our administrative department.
1.3 Which methods can I use to make payment?
At Ebookreader Discounter, you can pay by CreditCard, PayPal, GiroPay, iDeal, Bancontact/Mister Cash or bank transfer. You can find further information on these methods of payment, by clicking here.
2 Ordering and delivery
2.1 Do you ship outside Europe ?
Yes we do ship outside Europe, but you have to send us an e-mail first at support@ebookreaderdiscounter.com
We have to inform you about VAT and Shipping before sending any device outside Europe.

2.2 How do I create an account?
When placing your first order, the details of your new account will be sent to you automatically. This e-mail will state your customer number and password to enable you to log in to our website. You do not need to have registered previously on our website in order to place an order.
2.3 My track & trace code does not work.
It may take one working day before you can first request your delivery status using the number. The status of track & trace is not amended over the weekend. If your package was shipped on Friday, after 17.00 hours for example, it may Monday afternoon before you can request your delivery status.
2.4 Do you also accept cash on delivery?
Due to the huge demand for our products, there is unfortunately too little time to process orders for cash on delivery. That is why we are unable to offer this service. For the same reason, it is also not possible to collect products. You may however approach one of our dealers
2.5 Where can I request my track & trace status?
Deliveries outside the Netherlands are sent via DHL and deliveries within the Netherlands are sent via TNT Post. You can track your package via one of the following two links, depending on the courier.
2.6 Which courier service will deliver my order?
This depends on the destination country. Orders within the Netherlands are sent by TNT Post; orders outside the Netherlands are usually sent by DHL.
